What we collect

We collect only what an order requires: your name, email address, phone number if you share it, shipping address, and the artwork and design details you submit. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment card details on this website. When payment is due, it is handled through an invoice from a payment processor, and your card details go to that processor, never to our servers.

How the Design Lab works with your data

Designs you build in the Design Lab, including uploaded artwork and cart contents, are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to us until you submit an order request or quote. Clearing your browser data clears them. Uploaded artwork you include in an order is used only to produce your proof and your order.

How we use your information

Your contact details are used to send proofs, confirm quotes, arrange delivery, and answer your questions. Your artwork is used to produce your order. We keep order records, including approved proofs and size rosters, so reorders are easy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone except the carriers who deliver your order and the payment processor who invoices it.

Email and marketing

We email you about your order. We only send marketing email if you ask for it, and every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link that we honor immediately.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement, and this page will be updated before it ships.

Your rights

Email orders@tshirtveterans.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor deletion requests except where we are required to keep records of completed transactions. We respond within one business day and complete requests within 30 days.

Children

This site sells to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Youth garments are sized for kids; the ordering is done by grown-ups.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes will be noted on this page.
